TEKsystems in Redmond, WA is seeking a contract IT procurement specialist to partner with game-studio leadership to meet IT needs and manage PC hardware procurement and support. The role involves inventory management, user account handling, and cross-team IT support.

Applicants should bring 3+ years IT experience (2+ in procurement), strong communication, and familiarity with Azure AD/Azure DevOps; scripting in Python/PowerShell/C# is advantageous. Onsite Redmond work location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Azure AD and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell or C# is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Studio Management, Directors and Leads to understand IT needs.
• Perform PC hardware procurement, setup, and recycling.
• Field requests for IT services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquiries or complaints.
• Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
• Handle user account management.
• Provide IT support to partner teams involved in game creation.
• Collaborate with larger IT teams on best practices.
