Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a seasoned Business/Data Analyst to bridge the US B2B Supply teams and Data & Architecture. You will gather requirements, translate them into clear functional specifications, and own testing for data products, ensuring high quality and timely releases.

You will contribute to our Data and AI governance by defining metadata, lineage, data quality KPIs, and documentation while collaborating across stakeholders and engineers in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in data analysis, business analysis, or analytics delivery.
• 3+ years writing functional/technical specifications and source-to-target mappings.
• Proficient in SQL, data profiling, validation and data quality checks.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts and data governance.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools; familiarity with ENGIE domains.

Responsibilities

• Bridge US B2B Supply teams with Data & Architecture teams and translate needs into specs.
• Deliver source-to-target mappings, rules, and transformation logic for data products.
• Own functional and user acceptance testing; log defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain data governance artifacts: glossaries, metadata, lineage, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and engineers; report to the Director of Architecture.
