The role partners with technical teams, capability managers, and organizational leaders to gather requirements, analyze operational data, maintain governance processes, and deliver accurate, actionable reporting. The successful candidate will combine strong technical aptitude with excellent administrative execution, with responsibilities including developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, trackers, documentation, service metrics, risk and compliance records, and operational communications. The position also supports requirements analysis, testing, root-cause analysis, process improvement, task automation, and the development of business cases and recommendations. This role requires the ability to organize complex information, coordinate work across multiple teams, validate data with subject-matter experts, manage recurring reporting activities, and communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences. The candidate should be comfortable working across IT service management, infrastructure, governance, reporting, risk management, and emerging technology initiatives, including the responsible use of AI and automation. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** Work with more senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to assist in capturing capability needs and driving quality business solutions.
