Job summary

enGen is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will elicit, document, and govern requirements across the project lifecycle while ensuring traceability to higher‑level objectives.

In this hybrid role near the corporate office, you will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security and Vendors to align specifications with business goals and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT discipline.
• Preferred experience building Customer Service platforms, Pega, and healthcare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic consultation to define or design business processes and enabling technologies. Drives enterprise solutions and opportunity identification.
• Designs and reviews large or complex systems, architectures, and interfaces; ensures alignment with business requirements.
• Clarifies and communicates functional and non‑functional requirements; leads improvement programs for measurable benefits.
• Manages customer and stakeholder expectations and facilitates walkthroughs and problem resolution.
• Collaborates across Product, Architecture, Quality, Delivery, Security, and Vendor teams; supports re‑estimations as needed.
