Job summary

enGen is seeking a detail-oriented IT Governance Analyst to support governance and operations within IT Infrastructure. The role partners with technical teams and leaders to gather requirements, analyze data, maintain governance processes, and deliver actionable reporting.

The candidate will develop dashboards, reports, and documentation; manage risk/compliance records; and contribute to process improvements, testing, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• ITIL/TOGAF or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior team members, customers, Technical Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Capability Managers to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions; assist with delivering business vision and user interface design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology development projects across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support requirements testing including plans, scenarios, documentation, and defect management with traceability to customer impact.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status clearly to team members, customers, partners and management; assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews and provide concise documentation.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
