Job summary

Great Waters Federal is seeking an IT Governance support professional to help execute governance processes, prepare meeting materials, and track action items. The role involves coordinating compliance records, updating roadmaps, and refining governance documentation to align with policies and strategic objectives.

The candidate will collaborate with the IT Governance Team to shape board strategy, participate in architecture reviews, and promote secure, efficient technology usage across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology related field.
• Two years of professional IT experience.
• Two years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management.
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a public trust investigation.
• Proficiency in industry standards and best practice data governance and management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, including preparing meeting materials and tracking action items.
• Assist in compiling compliance records, updating roadmaps, and coordinating communications across teams.
• Contribute to the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance.
• Work with the IT Governance Team to refine IT Governance Board strategy and processes.
• Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board and implementing automation.
• Act as a bridge between technical IT teams and leadership to ensure efficient and secure technology use.
