Job summary

BattleCreek Church is seeking a ministry-focused IT Generalist to provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at our Tulsa-based office. You will manage help desk tickets, assist with Microsoft 365, AD, and AV setups, and help maintain secure, reliable IT systems for staff and volunteers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and opportunity to contribute to ministry by enabling reliable technology for worship, education, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS preferred but not required.
• 2 years IT support or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Help Desk tickets and prioritize requests.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and AD tasks.
• Configure and install access points, servers, and related hardware.
• Support AV systems for events and meetings.
• Develop end-user training and documentation.
