BattleCreek Church is seeking a ministry-focused IT Generalist to provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at our Tulsa-based office. You will manage help desk tickets, assist with Microsoft 365, AD, and AV setups, and help maintain secure, reliable IT systems for staff and volunteers.

The IT Generalist provides frontline technical support for BattleCreek Church, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, assisting with service requests, and ensuring a consistent and efficient end-user technology experience. This role supports day-to-day IT operations, including device setup, issue resolution, and managing Help Desk tickets.

The must-haves for this role:
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (but it is not required) and 2 years of experience in IT support or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft certifications, or similar are preferred.

This role is primarily office-based but may involve some physical activity, including standing, lifting (up to 50-75 pounds), kneeling, setting up equipment, or prepping for events—sometimes even late at night. Don’t worry; we’ll ensure you know what to expect!
