Job summary

Fernbrook Family Center is seeking an IT Generalist to provide technology support across our agency. You will troubleshoot issues, manage devices, and ensure staff stay connected and productive across multiple Fernbrook locations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of IT experience, hands-on skills with Windows and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a multi-site setting. Travel between Fernbrook offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of IT experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, networking and software troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting end users in a multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff across Fernbrook locations.
• Troubleshoot Windows, email, login, software, and hardware issues.
• Manage and maintain endpoints, updates, and device inventory.
• Assist with EMR access and permissions and EMR-related issues.
• Support phone systems and office technology.
• Travel to different Fernbrook offices as needed.
