J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking an IT Frontline Support Technician III to join our Meridian, Idaho team. You will be the main technical resource for the frontline, handling advanced AEC software issues and complex endpoint problems.

You will mentor junior staff, develop KB resources, and support security-focused initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive IT support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification and MD-102 (Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate).
• Preferred: CompTIA Network+ and Security+, Cisco CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced AEC technical support for corporate workstations and specialized AEC software (Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI).
• Lead endpoint hardware troubleshooting and imaging; contribute to knowledge base resources.
• Mentor and train frontline staff; translate complex fixes into standard articles.
