Job summary

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking an IT Frontline Support Technician III in Meridian, Idaho. You will act as a Level 3 frontline SME, resolving complex endpoint issues and supporting specialized AEC software environments to keep projects on schedule.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to a Shift-Left knowledge base, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure, high-uptime systems.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive IT support experience.
• Experience resolving complex endpoint issues.
• CompTIA A+ and MD-102 or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced maintenance and root-cause analysis for corporate workstations and specialized AEC software suites (Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI).
• Mentor junior technicians and convert fixes into standardized knowledge articles.
• Diagnose connectivity issues and optimize Windows performance for large engineering datasets.
• Assist the Administration and Security team with Active Directory tasks using Just‑in‑Time (JIT) access.
• Participate in stand-up meetings and cross-functional sessions to promote a security-first culture.
