Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, to join the Finance team as a strategic partner to IT. You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting for IT operating expenses and capital investments, collaborating with IT leadership and accounting.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance within IT, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and knowledge of IT cost models. Hybrid schedule in Florham Park, NJ offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to link drivers to P&L and cash flow.
• Solid understanding of IT finance, including software capitalization and cloud/SaaS cost models.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and communicate finance insights to IT and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budget, forecast, and long-range planning for expenses, headcount, and capex.
• Partner with IT leaders and accounting on month-end close, accruals, PO, and capitalization.
• Evaluate ROI, payback, and TCO for technology investments; track benefits vs. budget.
• Develop IT FP&A reports, improve forecasting models, and ensure data quality.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic IT finance initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement and project owners on spend and governance.
