Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT FP&A to partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and capital investments, translating technology initiatives into financial impact.

You will own IT expense and headcount planning, support month-end closes, and build scalable forecasting models using ERP and EPM tools. The role is based in Florham Park, NJ with hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive FP&A experience, with IT budgets and technology investments.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning for expenses, headcount, and capex.
• Partner with IT leaders for monthly financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop detailed forecasts for IT cost categories (software, cloud, hardware, labor).
• Coordinate month-end close, accruals, capitalization, depreciation, and project-to-asset transitions.
• Evaluate technology investments using ROI, payback, and TCO; monitor initiatives against budget and milestones.
• Improve IT financial reporting, planning models, and governance; perform ad hoc analyses.
