PDI Technologies in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join as a trusted FP&A partner. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to drive growth and efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in software/tech.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
Ability to translate complex data into insights for leadership.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for clear communication with executives.
Experience with financial planning, ERP, reporting, or BI systems.

Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with business leaders.
Analyze revenue, cost of sales, expenses and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
Perform variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts with explanations.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenarios, and investments.
Partner with leaders to understand performance and provide actionable insights.
Prepare financial reporting and materials for performance reviews and P&L discussions.
Identify risks and opportunities and incorporate assumptions into forecasts.
Support month-end/quarter-end processes and variance reviews.
Develop and monitor metrics for visibility into performance and planning.
