Thorne is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a remote capacity. You will partner with IT and Finance leaders, build scalable financial models, and drive data-driven decisions that shape technology investments.

The role emphasizes advanced modeling, automation, and clear communication of financial performance. Strong FP&A fundamentals and a continuous improvement mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience supporting IT departments, technology investments, or IT projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across assigned departments.
• Develop budgets/forecasts based on drivers, plans, vendor commitments, and assumptions.
• Partner with leaders to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Improve forecast accuracy with understanding of cost structures and drivers.
• Deliver actionable insights through clear financial storytelling for leadership.
