Core Specialty seeks an IT FP&A Manager to lead project cost oversight and technology spend reporting. You will partner with IT and business leaders to improve cost tracking visibility and drive timely insights for decisions.

The role includes budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis across technology spend and programs. You will collaborate with CIO/CTO, develop the annual technology budget, and deliver reporting with automation to reduce manual effort while meeting tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; advanced certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of financial experience supporting IT or product development functions.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and cost-tracking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to deliver analytical insights.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred; capable of partnering with IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project cost oversight and technology spend reporting and analysis.
• Partner with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to improve cost visibility and decision-making.
• Develop annual technology budget and quarterly reforecasts with IT teams.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses against budget/forecast.
• Provide scenario analysis and automation to streamline reporting.
• Support ad-hoc financial and business decision-making as needed.
