Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis (IT) to partner with IT leadership and drive planning, forecasting, and governance for IT expenses and capital investments. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range IT planning while guiding stakeholders on financial implications of technology priorities.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with IT experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to deliver executive-ready insights in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance experience, including IT budgets, forecasts, and technology investments.
• BS/BA in finance, accounting, or economics; MBA/CPA a plus.
• Strong IT financial management knowledge, including operating vs capital expense, software capitalization, cloud and SaaS cost models.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range IT planning for expenses, headcount, and capex.
• Serve as FP&A partner to IT leaders, attend monthly reviews, translate priorities into financial implications.
• Develop forecasts for IT cost categories: software/SaaS, cloud, managed services, telecom, hardware, cybersecurity, services, and labor.
• Coordinate month-end close with Accounting and IT project owners: accruals, POs, prepaid, capitalization, project-to-asset transitions.
• Evaluate IT investment cases using ROI, payback, and total cost of ownership; monitor initiatives vs budget.
• Improve IT financial reporting, planning models, spend transparency, and governance.
