Job summary

Timken is seeking a Principal IT Finance Analyst to act as a key liaison between Finance Business Function SMEs and IT, ensuring smooth operation, enhancement, and integration of Finance systems. The role spans requirements gathering, change management, project leadership, and maintaining system health across SaaS and other platforms.

You will partner with business teams to analyze needs, evaluate solutions, lead RFP processes, manage IT components of projects, and develop clear documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6 years IT experience.
• Experience leading small to medium projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
