Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a technology related field.
5+ years of experience in a support role.
Experience with Financial ERP applications, Viewpoint is a plus.
Light SQL proficiency, especially in Microsoft SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and perform user setup and minor enhancements on business applications.
Configure and customize to meet business requirements and maintain imports/integrations.
Analyze, extract and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Test changes and enhancements to deliver the best possible solution.
Document requirements and solutions for development resources.
Identify root cause for issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Create training guides and documentation for a wide range of audiences.
Conduct trainings (classroom, 1 on 1, webinar, recorded) for end users.
Identify break/fix incidents and work with cross functional teams to resolve them.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of end users/business users.
