Blue Origin is seeking an on-site IT Field Support professional in Merritt Island, Florida. The role serves the engineers and staff involved in launch operations, manufacturing, and corporate IT, delivering advanced technical support and proactive problem-solving.

Successful candidates will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Intune, and AD, while participating in on-call rotations and ensuring security, compliance, and reliability across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in enterprise IT field or desktop support with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Windows 10/11 admin with domain-joined devices.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency across core apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project, Visio).
• Intune for endpoint management and device compliance.
• Active Directory administration for user/computer accounts.
• BitLocker, VPN, MFA support; basic networking for triage.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to engineers and staff across multiple environments.
• Support launch operations, manufacturing, and corporate IT needs.
• Take ownership of issues, build repeatable processes, and mentor teammates.
