Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise IT field support or desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to engineers and staff who design, build, and launch space vehicles.
• Support on-site IT operations across launch, manufacturing, and corporate environments.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotation and adjusted hours during critical launch operations.
