Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL is seeking an experienced IT Field Support professional to join a small, skilled team supporting engineers and staff who design and launch space vehicles. This on-site role requires 2+ years in enterprise/desktop IT, strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, AD, and ITSM experience; you will handle on-call rotations and on-site operations across launch environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in enterprise IT field support or desktop support.
• Windows 10/11 enterprise administration, including domain-joined devices.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency across core applications.
• Microsoft Intune experience for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
• Active Directory administration for user and computer accounts.
• BitLocker, VPN, and MFA support experience.
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs) for triage.
• ITSM/ServiceNow experience for asset tracking and SLA management.
• Ability to handle on-call rotations and shifting launch operations.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, stairs, adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to engineers and staff who design, build, and launch space vehicles.
• Support across launch operations, manufacturing, and corporate environments.
• Own problems, build processes to prevent recurrence, and contribute to team growth.
