Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Supervisor - IT Field Support Services to lead a team that supports IT hardware and infrastructure across all UNITED locations. The role ensures high availability of IT systems and devices and requires coordination with external vendors for asset maintenance.

The position focuses on hiring, training, directing work, problem solving, and performance development within a fast-paced environment. Travel is a regular expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–10 years of Information Technology experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven coaching and mentoring of multiple associates.
• Ability to travel 25–35%.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field IT Support Services team across UNITED locations.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan and direct work.
• Manage field IT support resources, schedules and career development.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT assets and maintenance.
• Support Windows PC environments and networking infrastructure as needed.
