Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data.
• Positive people leader with demonstrated ability to drive results cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and schedule management.
• Coach and develop the Field Service team.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Set and ensure KBI targets and goals are met.
• Drive initiatives and results.
• Audit employee performance.
• Review report data to analyze results.
• Enter data into business systems.
• Liaise with customers to respond to issues and gather feedback.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Accountable for delivering Field Service vision and strategy.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational health.
• Translate company data to monitor results and improve productivity through technology, training, and process improvement (e.g., 5S & Lean).
• Enhance customer relations.
