Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Travel to sites involved; standard hours are Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation as needed.

The role requires an associate degree in IT or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years IT support, strong customer service, and experience with Windows 11. Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and warehouse devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of IT support experience as a Tier 1 or 2 Analyst.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 11 and hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for end-user issues via phone, email, chat or ticketing system.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets; provide remote support for hardware, software, and networking.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents; escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or higher.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices; participate in on-site visits.
