Job summary

Synergy ECP in Columbia, MD is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to install, operate, and maintain end-user devices across customer sites. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include configuring software, performing repairs, and supporting thin-clients, printers, and phones. U.S. citizenship is required and TS/SCI clearance is preferred for sensitive environments.

• Perform maintenance and technical support on devices, subsystems, and install/configure software at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues on end-user equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
