Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an IT professional to provide advanced technical support, maintain system reliability, and serve as a technical resource for employees across local and remote locations.

The role involves asset management, deployment of devices, OS and application updates, and administration of Microsoft technologies including Windows Server 2022+, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and PowerShell scripting. Regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience preferred; 2+ years minimum.
• Regional travel to area offices required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across local and remote locations.
• Manage hardware and software assets lifecycle and procurement.
• Configure and support computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install and upgrade operating systems, apps, and hardware.
• Administer Windows Server, M365, AD, Intune, and PowerShell tasks.
• Maintain servers, printers, and security systems.
• Document technical procedures and create SOPs.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
