The position is hybrid with work locations in New Orleans, LA or The Woodlands, TX, and involves coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in MIS, CS, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in field technical support or desk-side support.
• 2+ years managing IT support resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field service teams with technical guidance.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Oversee end-to-end IT field service projects, including planning, resources, and budgets.
• Manage change control processes and ticket workflows.
• Support help desk ticket resolution and project execution.
• Drive process improvements and security hardening initiatives.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders on complex matters.
• Ensure compliance with Entergy Workplace Services processes.
• Work onsite and remotely as needed, including storms or emergencies.
• Oversee performance reviews and staff development.
