Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairfax office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the termination process in ServiceNow and keep ticket statuses up to date.
• Manage actions for different ticket statuses (shipping boxes, letters, follow-ups, returns).
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and escalate issues as needed.
• Decommission old hardware for recycling or donation.
• Assist users with equipment returns during upgrades or role changes.
• Ensure proper assignment/unassignment in the inventory system.
• Maintain compliance with team policies, processes and procedures.
• Provide backup receiving support and imaging for IT equipment.
• Answer calls for the return equipment hotline.
• Maintain stock of shipping materials and assist with deployments.
• Handle IT tickets related to peripheral replacement.
• Suggest service improvements when possible.
