Addvantage Credit Union Staffing is seeking an IT Field Support Tech II for a credit union with 19 branches in the greater Ventura County and Los Angeles area. The role focuses on desktop and laptop support, AD, Exchange, Symitar, and Windows OS.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with overtime including Saturdays. Pay range is $33-43/hr; temp-to-hire after 90 days for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supporting Windows OS & MS Office.
• Working knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting of software and hardware.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT field support by phone, email, messaging and in person.
• Install, update, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
• Support printers and scanners.
• Administer Windows OS, MS Office and related applications.
• Update user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange and Symitar.
• Travel to branches for on-site support.
• Handle vendor warranty claims and implementation support.
• Accept overtime, including Saturdays.

We are currently seeking an experienced IT FIELD SUPPORT TECH II for a credit union with 19 branches in the greater Ventura County and Los Angeles area.

Temp-to-hire / 90 days for the right person!

• IT technical support by phone, email, messaging, and in-person.
• Install, update, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktop and laptop computers.
• Support printers and scanners.
• Administrate and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and other applications.
• Update user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and Symitar.
• Learn and support new systems.
• Vendor warranty claims.
• Implementation support.
• Travel to branches.
• Must be able to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2 – 4 years supporting Windows OS & MS Office.
• Working knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting of software and hardware.
• Dell computers preferred.
• ServiceNow ticket preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
