Field Service Technician
Location: St Louis, MO
Requirements:
- Must have own reliable and dependable vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record – no open tickets, warrants, or major violations
- Must have an active driver’s license
- Mileage, parking, and tolls are reimbursed
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Perform on-site servicing and repair of OEM laptops, desktops, POS systems, and printers
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail stores (Windows-based registers)
- Perform component-level break/fix on desktops, laptops, and printers
- Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
- Imaging and image recovery
- Provide technical support for problem identification, prioritization, and resolution
- Install and re-install software packages and updates
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
