Field Service Technician

Location: St Louis, MO

Requirements:

• Must have own reliable and dependable vehicle
• Must have a clean driving record – no open tickets, warrants, or major violations
• Must have an active driver’s license
• Mileage, parking, and tolls are reimbursed

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
• Perform on-site servicing and repair of OEM laptops, desktops, POS systems, and printers
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail stores (Windows-based registers)
• Perform component-level break/fix on desktops, laptops, and printers
• Document, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
• Imaging and image recovery
• Provide technical support for problem identification, prioritization, and resolution
• Install and re-install software packages and updates
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
