MCR Technical Service is looking for an IT Field Service Technician to join our team! You will work remotely from home, traveling to various locations in the Central Ohio area to service, maintain, and repair the following equipment:

• POS Kiosks
• Inside the kiosk: label printers, paper printers, check readers, cash acceptors, cash dispensers, credit card readers, touch screens, firewalls, PCs

Your home is your office. You will be required to drive to all your jobs. Some days may involve a few hundred miles of driving, while others may require no travel. We offer mileage and cell phone reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (no overnights required)
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Laptop and home internet connection
• Familiarity with PCs and mechanical inclination
• Friendly, personable, presentable, self-motivated, organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Technical certifications and previous field employment are a plus but not required
