MCR Technical Service is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to join our team! Candidates must reside in Florida. This role involves working remotely from home with travel across Eastern Central to South Florida to service, maintain, and repair various equipment.

Equipment Serviced

• Testing Station Kiosks
• PCs
• Touchscreens
• POS Kiosks
• Parts inside the kiosk:
• Label printers
• Paper printers
• Cash acceptors
• Cash dispensers
• Credit card readers
• Firewalls
• Cell modems

Your home is your office; you will be required to drive to all your jobs. Some days may involve hundreds of miles of driving, while others may involve no driving at all. Mileage and cell phone reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation (no overnight stays required)
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Laptop and home internet access
• Familiarity with PCs
• Mechanically inclined
• Friendly, personable, and presentable
• Self-motivated and organized
