Job summary

Molaprise Group seeks a Field Operations Specialist to manage IT Technology Rooms (MDF/IDF/Datacenter) across NYC offices. You will validate daily equipment operations, install UPS/PDU connections, and maintain hardware inventories while coordinating with vendors for deliveries and replacements.

You will rack and stack servers, switches, routers, and APs, perform commissioning of UPS and environmental monitors, and support circuit cutovers in coordination with ACS groups.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in Field Operations IT
• Experience managing MDF/IDF technology rooms
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Cisco networks, Wi‑Fi
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or within a group

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Technology Rooms (MDF/IDF/Datacenter) across NYC boroughs
• Validate daily operations of equipment in IT rooms
• Install and configure UPS and PDU for hardware connectivity
• Maintain inventory of hardware in IT rooms
• Coordinate vendor deliveries and replacements for hardware
• Rack and stack servers, switches, routers, and APs as needed
• Perform circuit cutovers with NYC ACS groups
• Travel between 37 ACS sites in NYC as required
