Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to assist local and field users, including offices in Dallas and field sites. You will deploy, repair and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops and mobile devices, plus printers, network gear, and conferencing equipment.

You’ll provide timely technical support, log requests, and coordinate with the Servicedesk and Infrastructure teams to ensure rapid service restoration while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates preferred.
• 1–5 years in a relevant IT support role required.
• Familiarity with Azure AD Joined and Hybrid Joined.
• Experience with Active Directory managing user accounts and access.

Responsibilities

• Log and triage service requests using Fresh Service.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to corporate, sales, and construction teams.
• Troubleshoot internet and network outages; coordinate with service providers.
• Support Windows devices and Teams phones.
• Set up laptops with SCCM and standard configurations.
• Repair laptops and resolve printing/scanning issues.
• Support in-house apps and MS Office suite.
• Install and support Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
• Participate in device deployment and asset management.
