Insight Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to join a client’s events team. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, field events, and year‑round initiatives, balancing logistics with creative ideas in a fast-paced marketing environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other event partners.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience coordinating corporate events, trade shows, field events, conferences, or similar programs.
• Experience managing multiple events, deadlines, vendors, deliverables, and changing priorities.
• Ability to independently coordinate event logistics without ongoing direction from a senior event manager.
• Ability to flex between approximately 30–40 hours per week as business needs increase.
• Strong culture fit: eager, adaptable, collaborative, proactive, and low ego.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other event partners.
