Confidential in the Dallas-Fort Worth area seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead the enterprise technology environment, including ERP, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and business applications with secure, reliable operations and strategic alignment.

You will partner with leadership to translate business needs into scalable ERP and technology solutions, manage vendors and budgets, oversee projects, and drive data integrity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing ERP & CRM systems, preferably Epicor.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing IT infrastructure, technology operations, vendors, and technology-related projects.

Position Summary

The Information Technology Manager leads the enterprise technology environment — ERP, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and business applications — ensuring secure, reliable, and strategically aligned operations, system performance, data integrity, vendor partnerships, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ERP & Business Systems

• Administer, optimize, develop ERP, including configuration, customization, reporting, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Partner with leadership and department stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP and technology solutions.
• Lead and train users to effectively utilize ERP tools, functions, dashboards, reports, and analytics capabilities that support business processes and informed decision-making.

Infrastructure, Security & Vendor Management

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and performance of IT infrastructure — servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud environments.
• Manage relationships with IT service providers, software vendors, and technology partners to ensure reliability, uptime, and timely issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity controls, data security protocols, backup procedures, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard company data.
• Develop best-in-class IT policies that align technologies with organizational goals; ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and integration across business systems.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, including hardware, software, licensing, service provider costs, planned upgrades, and technology investments; monitor spending to support cost control and alignment with business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies and manage technology lifecycle planning (hardware refresh, software evaluation) to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic or occasionally high-pressure situations.
