Job summary

Building Products Inc. (BPI) seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead a lean IT team and own the systems powering high‑volume operations, from ERP optimization to secure networks and data protection.

You will report to the CIO/CTO, drive ERP enhancements (DMSi/Agility), and partner with warehouse teams to improve reporting, process flows, and system integrations across WMS, CRM, and EDI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 2+ in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong experience with networks, Windows systems, backups, and desktop support.
• Track record managing ERP systems, ideally in distribution/logistics environments.
• Familiarity with co-located data centers and disaster recovery planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for IT aligned with business goals.
• Oversee ERP, infrastructure, applications, and operations for high-volume distribution.
• Manage network, data center, backups, DR planning, and security programs.
• Lead IT projects from vendor selection to implementation and scale‑up.
• Standardize IT processes, documentation, and ticketing for end‑users.
