Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Director-level ERP Platform Leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our global ERP platforms. The role sits in Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure and drives strategy, architecture, and execution across SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, and other ERP components.

The position leads a global organization, shaping talent strategy, governance, and cross-domain collaboration to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years ERP experience.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience operating ERP at global enterprise scale.
• Deep experience with SAP S4HANA as primary ERP platform (cloud/on-premise).
• Certifications in SAP, Agile, or ITIL; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the ERP platform across strategy execution, product lifecycle management, and day-to-day operations.
• Serve as the primary ERP leader in enterprise governance forums and set platform direction.
• Own end-to-end ERP product lifecycle management including roadmap and investments.
• Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for ERP prioritization, funding, and sequencing decisions.
• Partner with domains to translate outcomes into scalable platform capabilities.
