Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Boeing Intelligence & Analytics in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions while providing technical leadership on high-impact projects.

You will work with Jira/Confluence, Git, and relational databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience generating and reviewing software/technical documentation.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres.
• Experience with software development in languages like Java, C++, Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
• Facilitate alignment on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to define feature specifications and build products.
• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Tackle problems with diverse scopes and data factors.
