Job summary

The Boeing Company BI&A team is seeking an IT Engineering Lead in the Maryland/DC area to serve as the technical lead for SITE III A&P Task Order. You will guide Software Engineering, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure applications are stable and meet customer expectations.

This role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, extensive leadership experience, and the ability to engage with senior government stakeholders while supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18 years of Technical Operations or Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master’s degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph.
• Experience leading and managing personnel with diverse engineering skillsets (software, DevSecOps, cyber security, QA).
• Experience developing or managing containerized microservice platforms or similar distributed architectures.
• Experience interfacing with senior government stakeholders and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure all applications are stable and meet customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance to Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and DevSecOps teams and leads.
• Work closely with government stakeholders to ensure operations align with customer objectives.
• Support corporate business development and on-contract growth efforts.
