Qualifications

  • 18+ years in Technical Operations or Engineering or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master’s for 6 years.
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph.
  • Experience leading diverse engineering teams (software, DevOps, cyber, QA).
  • Experience with containerized microservices and distributed architectures.

IT Engineering Lead
Why This is an Exciting Role:

As an IT Engineering Lead at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will serve as the technical lead for the SITE III A&P Task Order and will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Program and Project Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure all applications are stable and functioning to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Overseeing and providing technical guidance to Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and DevSecOps teams and leads.
  • Working closely with Government stakeholders to ensure the operations of A&P applications and services are meeting customer expectations & objectives.
  • Supporting corporate business development and on-contract growth efforts.
Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:
  • 18 years of Technical Operations or Engineering experience or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph
  • Experience leading and managing personnel with diverse engineering skillsets, to include software engineers, DevOps, cyber security, and/or quality assurance/control.
  • Experience developing, maintaining or managing containerized microservice platforms or similar distributed architectures
  • Experience developing and maintaining technical guidance, policies, procedures and other oversight documents.
  • Experience interfacing directly with senior government stakeholders and corporate leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and deploying applications which are compliant with DIA’s Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience developing and deploying applications using DIA’s Platform as a Service (DPaaS)
  • Experience with and/or overseeing any or all of the following:
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Test automation tools and procedures
    • Implementation of AI/ML technologies
    • Quality Assurance processes and procedures
    • Effective use of GitLab
Telework/Remote Availability:

Hybrid work authorized (minimum 2-3 days onsite)

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$193,000 - $237,600
