Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support a software development team delivering an application that provides disseminatable data at the first point of relevance for mission analysts.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, coordination across multiple teams, and end-to-end development environments. Hybrid work in Annapolis Junction, MD with on-site emphasis.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.
• Provide technical direction for development, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex software systems.
• Develop system engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.

Responsibilities

• Derive an understanding of system requirements from stakeholder needs.
• Responsible for end-to-end development environments.
• Coordinate system integration activities among multiple teams to ensure complete interface coverage.
• Capture interface designs in a common interface control format and store data in a shared repository.
• Apply system engineering principles to allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel.
