Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead multi-team system integration, requirements allocation, and interface control across complex software and hardware components. The role emphasizes formal documentation, lifecycle thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Applicants should have active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive systems engineering experience, and strong leadership in agile environments.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with active polygraph.
Experience elicitation, analysis and allocation of requirements across software components.
Developing system engineering documentation (e.g., SPs, ICDs).
Conducting end-to-end system trade analyses and lifecycle considerations.
Developing design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse and growth.
Defining interfaces with origination, destination, stimulus and data characteristics.

Responsibilities

Derive system requirements from stakeholder needs.
Responsible for end-to-end development environments.
Coordinate system integration activities across multiple teams and interfaces.
Capture interface designs in interface control documents and store in a common repository.
Apply system engineering to allocate requirements to hardware, software, facility and personnel components.
