Centurion seeks a Technical Support Specialist I to join our IT Team in Tallahassee, FL. This role provides first-level technical support to end users, handling tickets by phone and email and resolving issues with PCs, software, printers, and network connectivity.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years IT helpdesk experience, familiarity with AD, DNS/DHCP, Office 365, Windows OS deployment, and remote desktop tools. Eligible for ITIL/CompTIA certs with onboarding training and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years providing IT support to end users.
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD administration, Group Policy, and AD topologies.
• Experience with Office 365 administration.
• General knowledge of electronics, PC architecture and operating systems.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment and remote support tools.
• Proficiency with diagnostic utilities and basic log analysis.
• Willingness to obtain ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Net+ within designated timeframe.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist 1 to join our IT Team located in Tallahassee, Florida.The Technical Support Specialist I position will be based out of Tallahassee, FL and will be the first level of technical support provided to our end users. Support tickets will be received by both phone and email. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; troubleshooting and resolving computer, printer, software, and network related issues.
