Job summary

San Francisco Bay Coffee is seeking a Director of IT to lead strategic technology initiatives, governance, security, and data analytics across the organization. You will shape the IT roadmap, manage a diverse tech team, and ensure alignment with manufacturing and business goals, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent related experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including leadership and management of technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs, including identity management, endpoint security, incident response, and user awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned to growth, margin, service levels, and food-safety objectives.
• Lead the Information Technology team, including talent development and succession planning.
• Own hybrid infrastructure across Azure and on-premises compute, storage, and networking; ensure reliability and security.
• Oversee ERP implementations and upgrades, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Direct data governance, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives with governance and compliance.
• Establish and maintain information security program with zero-trust and MFA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technology with business needs.
