Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced IT leader to align technology with business strategy. You will lead IT operations, applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and technology services across the organization.

You will drive digital transformation, establish governance and standards, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with the CEO and other executives to deliver scalable, secure enterprise technology initiatives.

Qualifications

8 to 13 years of progressive experience in IT management, technology leadership, or a related field.
Proven experience leading IT functions, large technology teams, or complex enterprise technology environments.
Strong understanding of IT strategy, governance, infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation, cloud migration, application modernization, automation, or technology modernization programs.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud and modern enterprise technology platforms.
Experience with IT service management, ITIL practices, service delivery, infrastructure operations, and technology support.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk management, data privacy, compliance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
Proven experience managing IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers.
Strong program and portfolio management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, people-management, mentoring, negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology strategies and investments.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and make informed decisions based on business value, risk, scalability, and cost.
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional business leaders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant IT/leadership certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, COBIT, or TOGAF are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organizations IT strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead and manage IT operations, applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and technology services.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology systems and platforms.
Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, application modernization, automation, and technology innovation initiatives.
Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, processes, and technology best practices.
Ensure the availability, scalability, reliability, security, and performance of critical IT systems and services.
Develop and manage IT budgets, resource plans, technology investments, and operational expenditures.
Identify technology risks and ensure effective cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk-management practices.
Lead technology selection, vendor evaluation, contract management, procurement, and strategic technology partnerships.
Manage and mentor IT leadership and technical teams, building a high-performing and collaborative technology organization.
Establish and monitor IT KPIs, SLAs, service performance, operational efficiency, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the CEO, CIO/CTO, business leaders, department heads, and other senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.
Oversee major IT programs, projects, system implementations, migrations, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and organizational requirements.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, competitiveness, and business growth.
