Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years IT leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT strategy, security, and reliability aligning with growth.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from selection to go-live.
• Develop IT budgets and track spending.
• Build and mentor an IT team including administrators and support staff.
• Coordinate global IT services and non-US providers.
• Establish SLAs and ensure compliance with policy.
• Manage IT risk, disaster recovery, and incident response.
• Communicate with business partners and external suppliers.
