Job summary

San Francisco Bay Coffee seeks a Director of IT to lead the company’s technology strategy, governance, and enterprise data initiatives. You will guide ERP, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and security across manufacturing and operations.

You will drive data governance, implement AI governance, and ensure regulatory and GMP-aligned controls while mentoring a growing IT team. This role reports to the executive leadership and shapes the IT roadmap for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with management of technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations or upgrades; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
• Experience leading cybersecurity programs, including identity management and incident response.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations or food & beverage production environments preferred.
• International experience and knowledge of regulations in Mexico and Panama preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or related Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of IT systems; research new solutions and implement changes.
• Own the multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned to growth, margin, service levels, and food-safety objectives.
• Direct technology governance, digital commerce, and customer-facing systems directions.
• Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets for information and technology systems.
• Lead the IT team, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Oversee governance and assurance of enterprise data governance, analytics, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver decision-grade reporting and BI.
