Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead and scale IT operations for a growing organization. You will oversee helpdesk, asset management, licensing, and cybersecurity to support a team of about 80 employees and future growth.

You will partner with leadership to build scalable systems, manage budgets and vendors, and ensure secure, reliable technology aligned with business goals as the company expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT leadership (Director/Manager) role.
• Experience supporting 50+ employees in hands-on capacity.
• Proven IT budget management and vendor contracting.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace and SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with device management platforms (Jamf, Intune).
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations & Helpdesk, ensuring timely, high-quality support.
• Oversee device, asset lifecycle management and licensing.
• Manage cybersecurity posture, policies, and user training.
• Administer vendor relationships and IT budgeting.
• Strategic IT planning and scalable roadmaps for growth.
